At NailGlow, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing has begun, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.
